you are right 'mayte' the situation in Puntland is quite a mess with fundamentalism on the rise.
I read that the relationship between the TFG and Puntland is also on the rocks and the TFG is expected to get stronger while Puntland might see deterioration in Security.
The TFG recently announced a team of lean(18),well-educated, Somali Diaspora Ministers who are all experts in their fields and it is expected that they might make a big difference to Governance in Somalia though they have a limited time of less than one year to turn things around.
