Well speaking for myself ... I was a leading figure in high tech when it was high tech. Now the innovation, implementation,handover etc is a well worn path, it's a snap and a foundation for further directions.


It's a no brainer to copy in others' experience, rather than challenge the rules merely for the sake of prevarication, personal indulgence, politics, fear. etc.

For sure if the pointy heads in the public service get a look in they will find any reason to drag the process out ... we all know how it works
