It is an admission of guilt, maybe he was expecting to trigger a 10-15% but it got out of hand.
Ive seen it happen with PNV riding up to $4 and then it was heavily shorted by a Sydney based company, fundamentals will always win and its never a fair market when crooks are allowed to get away with it
