I moderated myself just to be safe. The stock has been trading the the 20-22 range for a few weeks so do think you can claim people in the know. I wasn't privy to any info before trading halt and requested it myself yesterday morning have a sense that there would only be a couple of brokers likely to be involved due to previous coverage.
