At least the board and directors have a lapsed performance rights problem, and why wouldn't they, they went broke mining copper during a copper price boom and had the company asset stripped by Glencore leaving existing shareholders in a hole......
If the copper price continues to wobble or go down, and exchange rates continue to go against them, they will never be able to get a capital raise off successfully given their track record, unless the price of copper moonshots in which case there will be many other copper developers/miners that will be much more attractive to potential investors.
