Anyone who participate in this are fools.
2 reasons;
1) As with most capital raises, SP could be going lower. Why would you pay a premium off the market, to support a company who has ZERO regard to it's shareholders?
2) Throwing good money after bad, is not a good investment strategy. In fact, it is one of the worst investment strategies, destroyer of wealth.
This whole thing reeks stink.
