I agree that having the resource ready to mine would be great. The issue comes when you try to raise money, instead of raising say $3m @ .10 cents per share in a red hot gold market by issuing 30m new shares (for Mulgabbie), we'd have to raise the same $3m by issuing 150m @ .02 cents, meaning my holding % of Mulgabbie would've been halved. So the real long game is to keep a bigger % of the 270,000 ounces. Raising at .02 cents effectively would been like valuing the entire Mulgabbie deposit at $6m. I value it at more.
AP would be taking all this into consideration, especially when he currently owns 27% of those 270,000 ounces. Someone else probably could've explained that better than I did. Timings everything imo.
