ZIP management divulged last week that at 30 June the company had $70 mil available cash among $353 mil free and restricted.
At 30 April there was $132 mil cash among $327 mil and at 31 December there was $160 mil among $303 mil free and restricted. No funds from this CR are being made available in cash and the purpose of the raise was to save annual interest of $19.5 mil. What the blazes is going on?
