No, obviously JZ didn't tell me that ATL was fleeced. I can deduce that for myself.

Obviously, AGY did not decide on a whim yesterday morning to abandon attempts to produce lithium and fire the majority of their staff after no prior discussions or consideration. This is a process which takes time, a lot of boardroom meetings, etc etc.

The ATL deal was only recent. ATL bought in, under contract not to sell quickly, investing $5M. This deal was done on a contract drawn up by AGY management.

That management and family now is being paid wages, directly from that money, which is no longer being used to pursue lithium production or pay the bulk of their now-fired staff.

None of this is conjecture or speculation, it is all clearly-known fact which no one can reasonably dispute. If you want to believe the ATL deal was done before AGY had any idea they were about to fire their staff and abandon their plant, hey, that's your choice, we can agree to disagree.

If you want to believe that I was completely wrong when I was saying for a couple of weeks that this update was going to be catastrophic, that's also your choice.

I chose to do my best to inform you and everyone else here. I was literally doing my best to encourage everyone to email JZ and ask the important questions. Everyone here saw me doing that. Why do you think I was doing that? Hate me if you like, but can you honestly come up with any reason I would be saying before the announcement that I had reason to believe it was going to be catastrophic and urging everyone to confirm it for themselves? Why might I do this other than for the reasons I was saying? Do you honestly think I had no correspondence with JZ? Do you think I was consulting magic tea leaves or I am psychic?

Clearly you're suffering right now, I sincerely wish you all the best, but do understand that even if I have terrible people skills, I was doing my best to help you and if you'd listened you'd have saved yourself the pain you're now suffering, so it makes little sense to attack me.
