There has been a little bit of buying over last few days so someone knew that this was coming but what on earth does it mean?
Corporate transaction = sell a chunk of Bullant to JV partner or sell chunk of Kempfield? Someone taking a chunk of ARD?
They are short of cash so they need cash injection.
Any other guesses?
