It is not scare mongering. I lost around $30K on this and held it for 4 years. Constantly bought on the way down.
Facts are:
1) The company is running out of cash,
2) Sc approval is badly needed, without it what ?
3) Regardless CR is around the corner.
Again, unless there is some insider information there is no logical reason for the price on this to increase by 10% today.
There maybe insider information, but on past history this company has been water tight, so I doubt it.
Just my view.
