If there is no progress by the AGM in November 2024, every shareholder must ask themselves whether our passivity is still appropriate.
In my opinion, change would only be possible with a different Chairman.
Step 1) New Chairman
Step 2) 3 new Non-Executive Directors
Step 3) Direct support for the CEO
It was a few years ago, but he was right about Anteo right from the start. There was an exchange of blows at hc over a shorter period of time. From today's perspective, I have to say that Chris Behrenbruch was relatively right. It's just that nobody wanted to hear it ...His track record speaks in his favour.
