Many of the things I've stated are contingent on success, as we have learned difficulties occur in operations and plans changed. A-3 altered the original plans as the JV would have sold crude already and probably executed a farmout and off take agreement.

Contingencies are important and obviously what I've stated has a few there to make it more fail proof.

Atleast we know drill pads are approved and that a lot of work is occurring.
