Well that's a bit misleading.
Since last week, the 0.3c sellers have been wiped + 10M has been added to the 0.3c buy queue and 60% of the 0.4c queue has been wiped.
99% of today's decent volume bought at 0.4c, with just an unfortunate small number of 0.3c parcels sold in the closing auction.
