Hi mate. I think you'll find that a certain percentage of their remaining cash on hand has to be spent only on drilling. Therefore they aren't really wasting that money, but I guess what it effectively means is that we don't currently have $A91M cash, but rather $A91M minus that drilling amount which is still remaining. I might be wrong so DYOR.
