To me the deal breaker would be having a decent lap pool to swim in after a shift , the bronzewing mine had a really nice pool , maybe they put it in after the 2000 mud inflow catastrophie with Shane Hamil and his two mates (RIP) .
I always wonder how hard is it to put in a decent pool for a mining company that is use to digging holes , and dont even need to have a pool cleaner as can refill the pool daily with good water before it goes into the process plant .
