IF the shorting was done in a way that calls for the action you say they have taken (taking investors to court), then they must do both^1,2, not just one.

(1) Making Sales: They will argue that they are indeed focussed on making sales¹: they report that they have recently hired sales people all over the world for that purpose. I think they need to do more in this area. Its nice to say we are Engineering heavy, but how much good does that do for us, if these brilliant problem solvers end up failing to sell the brilliant products that they have created? EOS created some of the best products ever created, but almost collapsed after they failed to find a market for them.

(2) Taking investors to court: You do not ignore wrongdoing elsewhere² simply because you have something else to resolve¹. In fact, IF it it later turns out that Droneshield had information that could have led to a successful prosecution of whoever did wrong, but chose not to bring that out, then Oleg will be crashed. So, if they know something, let it all come out. If there is a case, let it all come out in the open.

Justice is meant to be a good thing, so if this guy did no wrong, then let those who are in a position to determine so, do so.
