yes it's common practice that they need to raise money to fund future exploration cost, but not when you were about finishing current drilling program, as an Geo-MD they should know better what is the likely outcome of that drilling program so hence when they see s/p is higher they would take the chance to raise new fund, which is great, but not so great when it comes to the current drilling program (Pokali)
btw, they didn't put down the money at 10c for Pokali drilling, Avalon is what they were promoting for the CR
yes maybe some good news come late, but from most case it always come early and late one are always bad news, so the chance for bad is higher, so just like drilling do you drill the zone with high chance of hitting high grade or less chance?
steeper losses when it comes, its too late to realise that.
