The Executive team are recommending Council to:
That Council by Simple Majority pursuant to Part 5 Division 2 r.41 (2) and (3) of the Planning and Development (Local Planning Scheme) Regulations 2015
RESOLVES to:
1. CONSIDER the 16 submissions received as a result of Public Advertising;
2. SUPPORT Local Planning Scheme Amendment No. 18 to Local Planning Scheme No. 1 with modifications; and
3. SEEK approval of the Amendment from the Minister for Planning.
