It is very true leadership has been shocking. We were all amazed and the continued hiring of personal while margins and revenue was under proessure, in fact it was so bad amny thought business must be going ok for them to continue hiring at such a pace. Now that they are wiping out existing shareholders they are going through a cost cutting exercise.

This hasnt been caused by a shock, the margin and revneu pressure ahs been around for 18 months and they should have managed this a whole lot better
