Read the article and have something meaningful to say either in support or to counter it's validity.
For instance, that article tells us the sweet fantasy we see on the HC forum about banks not wanting to foreclose at all cost is a sick self-serving myth.
Who cares about whetehr one is altruistic or not when Rome is burning, that's the real story.
