I will sum my view up in a couple of points.

1. View map of Broad Oak leases in Reagan County, appears to be 60-70% of the Reagan/Irion border.

2. Broad Oak are only drilling Permian in the vicinity of GGP's new prospect.

3. Wells on the stats list appear to be producing between 35 - 950 bopd of oil plus gas.

4. These stats appear to be from one zone - Spraberry

5. Very encouraging that Broad Oak are drilling somewhere around 350 wells this year in the vicinity of GGP - that to me is an incredibly positive action.

6. IMO, GGP should be able to expect similar results.
