The company wont make or break on the executive pay and oppies. I have seen a lot worse than what is proposed and arguing the merits just seems to be a futile exercise.
But I note that there are the usual posters who will post furiously at any occasion to tell the forum what they have said again , and again, and again . I think its a sign of intelligence .. or not ....
the foundation for all their whining was the sp in the low 20's. They have refused to acknowledge that the sp had well over shot fair value because to do so would mean they couldnt' whine anymore.
Honestly I would call them oxygen thieves if they were standing next to me
