i have chatted with CEOs on occasions and I Never had any information given to me that isn't public knowledge already.
what occurs in these informal meets are re hash of already announced information and or general chat about how things are going.
A CEO knows disclosing sensative information via any private meeting is illegal and could be insider trading. Given this i doubt chill out !
