It continued to cause organ failure. Someone going in to hospital with a broken ankle is given a PCR test (95% false positives) tested positive and put into isolation, given Remdesivir, their kidneys fail, the fluid fills their lungs, they are intubated and their hands cable tied to the bed to stop them from removing the intubation. The time from going into hospital perfectly healthy to death was 9 days on average.
