Perhaps tangs and Andy should buy up these C grade bonds for 2 bob,?
hold them for a few years and then make a killing because according
to them the Ukraine is winning the war and that once the Ruskies are turfed out
that the EC/NATO/USA will rebuild with a miraculous economic rebound
and the bonds then could be AAA rated!...piece of piss!!
