Again if this is your concern, you should buy shares first thing on Monday morning and wait until the next AGM.
In relation to ACTUAL share holders who OWN shares in GMN, I don't think that your statement is their concern!!!! Otherwise they wouldn't of invest $3 million a few months ago, which was over subscribed.
it looks like you are the only one who has issue with this arrangement and MANY don't.
Again if that is/was your issue with this deals, don't be a keyword warear! Buy some shares and cast your vote.
