I very much doubt that Matt, or any bear, wishes personal pain on anyone. Nor do I. Nonetheless, and I do mean this sincerely..... The arrogant, pompous, gloating, know-all owners and investors (NB: To be absolutely clear, I am NOT suggesting UT, Damien, Dalek, Kincella et al fall into this category) who have bored me relentless over the last few years of irrational exuberance with their 'property always goes up' mantras, well....they can all cop it straight up the gurgler! It's our time now. You were wrong. Deal with it.
