Yes, I did and here is what I meant:
IF the action by X, CALLS FOR a specific action (reaction) from Y, then the specific action (the reaction) is already predetermined (rules based) and must simply be fulfilled.
So, IF what they have done is part of a rules determined order of events, then they have done no wrong.
@flammo later pposted suggesting that the info he had put out may have been spurious anyway! So, the debate was mute!
However, @flammo had also mentioned that, based on this "new information about the company", he has changed his sentiment to sell, while stating too that he is no longer a holder.
