If people can't see that IMO NUH are tidying up the deckchairs on the titanic in-case that iceburg appears then they are blind, They are possibly using time and delays to distance themselves from pas events and ensure a shattered shareholder base just doesn't bother with any action like in 99.99 % of cases and administrator / receiver takes quickest pathway to getting paid and conclusion of wind up. RT are in box seat all the way , followed by management as they have control of decisions and no one else matters . ASIC is a wet fish and useless to small holders and same for ASX etc. Administrators will just do the process if it gets to that. Unless forensic accounting is used on timing of all items no one will ever know what was happening with finances and no more signoffs.

RT are in box seat , they don't want a lisited structure, headache and can pull trigger any time to get what they want IMO. Cheaper , more expensive - none of it matters in the big picture scale and there will be detail in agreements that protects RT I guarantee it!

WRONG..entitlements can only be gained on a merger etc...if all fails they get nothing.
It is by far in JMs best interest to get something over the line or he loses $1mill +
Wether such deal is in our best interest , well we wait and see.

Also wouldnt the shareholders have a vote on any such deal 1st
