Any chance anyone but myself is going to post about the article that is the subject of this thread and its implications?
Bank foreclosures have been a topic of discussion around here of late, and here we have some figures which can be discussed and some insight in to how readily banks will foreclose, yet all we can get is some 'woot woot property investors are going to burn in hell' type posts.
Was it me that said this forum has been reduced to score keeping and told you so's the other day? I believe it was.
