Assuming you are correct, if the IP is that great why wouldn't some developer, let alone a competitor, just pay $100M, (OK realistically it would have to be at around 10c per share) in a hostile takeover and take out the lot? The fact they haven't does in general terms indicate they (ADO) are far from having commercial success of any scale and are NOT a threat to the current status quo of development.
Before anyone asks would I sell at 10 cents (actually 5c will clear my hurdle) - an absolute YES!
