From a business perspective, Darren has been away from his desk for a while now, and the 8 sites have been capably managed by the site managers and Darren's lieutenants.
Jim Lynch is wise enough to let good people do good work and support them as needed.
I don't think Darren's departure will impact the business; it won't even make the top 10 issues AMA needs to address
