I have sent off an email to the company alerting them to the fact that their presentations are a bit sub-par and they really are selling the company short...

    Dear Sir,

As an SSN shareholder I am really looking forward to seeing the company opening up it's prospects even further in 2011. I must congratulate the board on the tremendous effort that they have put into the company over the past year or so to take Samson from where it was, to where it is today. I must confess I sit back in amazement at what has been achieved, considering that post-GFC SSN was in such a dire situation. Anyways, I will move on to the main reason why I am emailing you.

Presently, I believe the market is seriously undervaluing the company as a whole. I have my own private evaluation on the company at about 8.5cents per share at the moment, yet we are lingering in the low 6s. Without much news until Diamondback, I feel we will continute to linger at these prices, because the market isn't really warming to the company as much as it deserves to be. I believe one possible reason why the market hasn't woken up to the company's true value yet is because the quality of the company's presentations and announcements aren't pointing out the best things about what Samson is all about. It seems as though the presentations are focussing alot on what has happened in the past, which while it has been a great success story, needs to be moved on from I feel.

SSN is an O&G production company, and I don't think the presentations sell this enough to the audience. Maybe you should put up some nice big numbers on the screen, such as, what our best wells are at the moment, and how strongly they are flowing. Yes, you point out that the company is producing around 500BOEPD, but this in size 8 font and is hidden away among many other dot points. It's almost as if the company is trying to hide this figure, which is strange because in reality it is something to be very proud of. Some companys drill around the world for years and never get one well into production, take Lakes Oil Ltd. for example. I urge the company to reconsider how they structure their presentations in the future. A really good format would be how SEA wrote up their Roadshow presentation. This really got the market waking up to what SEA was all about. The share price rose from 36cents to over 50cents in a few short days.

One more point I believe the presentations could be improved on is highlighting what exactly is ahead for the company. Yes, the presentations talk in general about the acreages, but they don't discuss enough about the specifics, like what Diamondback could do for the company, and how much the company is hoping to earn through the royalty with Chesapeake.

To summarise, I am a very happy shareholder in the company, but I believe the company is selling themselves short in their presentations. Spice things up a little, put a bit of mojo into the presentations, and really try and highlight the best things that SSN are about.

Thank you for your time, and if you would like to hear some more ideas from me I am more than willing to discuss them.

    Cheers, Charles.
