GMN has 3.7 billion shares on issue. Of these 3.7 billion, more than 800 million were issued at only 0.0037 cents, so you have more than 800 million shares that can dump on market at 0.004 and be in profit?

GMN has had on average $1.1 million cash burn per quarter for the last 12 quarters, and only had $2.1 million left in the March 2024 Quarterly report.

GMN has a history of excessive cap raises, did you know they did 4 cap raises in 2022? Only 1 so far this year and they are going to be low on cash, you will find out exactly how low this week with the new quarterly.

You have directors paying themselves $621 000 a year, thats just on the books, not including the profit they get from selling GMN tenements from Mars Mines, wonder how they will pay themselves and drill with only around $1 mill left in the company accounts?

Speaking of directors are you aware that a director of GMN David Evans uses GMN to buy tenements from a private company he is a director of, selling tenements to GMN at a nice profit and this profit then goes to his private company Mars Mines.

Speaking of Mars Mines, are you aware a director there Sholom Feldman was also CEO of ASX listed CGB, which did cap raise after cap raise kind of like GMN, and CGB is now delisted with $8 mill of shareholders cash missing?

I know you are aware that this week GMN released 4 positive price sensitive announcments, but unfortunately the share price finished the week where it was last week before any announcement.

Did you know all this? I would love for you to tell me something about the ground they have or what I dont know about the company, would love to see some positive points.

The Brazilian saga is one thing but something I haven't seen featured yet (though it probably won't with GMN) is their (Mars Mines) Lithium interest.

It's a JV with a subsidary of a subsidiary with the umbrella company also having launched a Bitcoin-style vehicle.
