Anyway for the record ASN awaits approval of a COMMERCIAL SCALE BRINE EXTRACTION PERMIT which is under REVIEW it is not the only permit under submission or under review .

Furthermore the review has nothing to do with anything regarding the environment but more so a procedural review to ensure the governing body had followed correct procedure , so as you can see it is not ASN that is under review but more the State Engineer that is under self review .
