Disagreeing strongly with someone and politely asking them to desist from making erroneous posts is NOT a threat to free speech. Falsely raising this as an issue diminishes the serous issues of free speech, e.g. people being poisoned, imprisoned or thrown out of buildings by government agencies for things they say.
So we have had a bit of garbage posted here about free speech. No more please.
