    Nope my expectation of the level of due diligence for investors comes from trying to sell IPO's with much smaller issues than successful legal action from the regulator against the company and the CEO!

    Rule number 1: CYA, Cover Your Ass. Investors have zero tolerance for red flags and even the most one eyed supporter has to admit that being successfully sued by the market regulator is a pretty significant red flag.
