With the directors & secretary there would have been about another 12-15 people in the room. Guy from Hartleys was in to drop off some reading material. Couple of guys who appeared to be brokers were there. I was darn sure there was some people from HC there just from the questions being asked.

Ahh..the questions. The presentation was one thing but Q&A time is where we gained some insight. Let me digress a little here. It was about a year ago that I attended the EXM AGM and walked away to sell my stock forever. Night & day difference with this team - but you'd expect that from a company who's made some people a 6 bagger over the last year, 70mil in the bank & with great prospects just begining.

Some here keep mentioning a T/O - that won't happen unless they offer 40c plus - according to Terry.
Consolidation of shares - as I understood from Terry, is that the board is definitelly not entertaining that idea.

As previously discussed here, it appears the big moves will be in the 1st Q of 2011 - more so towards the end.

Apparently the demand for fraccing crews is so intense that a larger oiler simply outbid and took SSN's crew. I think the premium paid to secure them was another 500k.

Needless to say I haven't in the past sold any heads or oppies and I won't be for a long time yet :)

I just wish the 2-3 guys who asked all the questions and took notes would come on here to fill in the gaps.
