Rubbish. Triangle didn't even push RH to explain simple things, like:

(1) Why didn't he inform the market before the Jan 2022 deadline, that he was planning to fail substantial commencement, and lose the company's only shot at a WA uranium mining permit..!?

(2) Why did he suddenly decide that he 'needed' to change the plant location, in the environment approval? The plant location has been the same in every environmental approval document, since 2012. Why did he suddenly 'need' to change it to Maitland, which is further away, more expensive to access with infrastructure, has fewer pounds, and less drill meters?

3) He has been with the conpany for 10 years, and in charge of the company since 2017, why didn't he update the environmental approval in all that time, if it was so important? When did he ever mention the need to update the plant location in the environmental approval to the market in all that time?

4) Since he lost our only shot to achieve a license to mine in WA with this state government, he has so far given us 2 completely different excuses, at different times, to explain why he lost the mining permit. The 2 different narratives are:
a) he wanted a change of plant location (ridiculous!)
b) he didn't want to oxidise the orebody by completing substantial commencement (utter garbage!)

So, which reason is it?

5) RH has been in charge since 2017, why hasn't Toro ever completed a pilot plant up to now, or even drilled enough meters to achieve a JORC compliant M&I resource to provide a reserve which can be used in a DFS? Why instead did he waste millions of shareholder capital chasing Nickel/Gold deposits?
