Okay, as a lower end baby boomer, I'll bite & ask the obvious question:
What's evidence can you offer for "the average baby boomer owns 3.3 investment properties"?
Me, I've got an investment property... and I have friends with several.
But are you really suggesting that in addition their own homes, boomers (about 5.5 million of us aged 45-65 inclusive, as at June 2009, according to the ABS) really own 18.24 million (3.3 x 5.527m) investment properties?
Add in the properties owned by anyone under or over boomer ages, & we'd have an oversupply, no? Am happy to be proved wrong!
cheers
