LOL... yeah, I'm just a wacko who has property, and shares (bluechips & speccies), and cash, and super (retail and SMSF) to suit various timeframes & objectives.
We used to be called "diversified", but I prefer "balanced".
But I understand that there are those at either end of the spectrum with other views & agendas, so I always apply the BS-meter to what I read here, as interesting as it may be.
