    As of August 31, 2023, the World Bank portfolio in the DRC totaled $8.6 billion,

    is the DRC immuned to world bank funding?

    Thats 8.6b in potentially chartiy and other investments; which no doubt is 8.6b for some corrupt DRC person to benefit from

    Therefore, this gravy train is stronger to the corrupt folks running the DRC
