Have to wait and see on that 500 Birch - flexibility is my view - early expansion could be up their sleeve however I would suggest they would have advised if that were the case (then again they could be pulling one and not advising to keep sp contained until equity closed) - happy to wait and see as all go now and we'll know when they decide to let us know - the main players know and sharpening their pencils on draft copies of equity - a phone call could explain perhaps but as we know only the Insto's get that inside information.

Initial gas requirements during construction in my view - experience suggest they will tank in supply to site from Alice - that will supply tanks and use expensive but temporary diesel for construction - camp requirements then transition when on site power station is built/commissioned and that large gas supply contract arrives and connected.
Similar with diesel requirements - a smaller hard stand/tanks will be used initially then transition/supplement to existing - to a larger one when mining operations commence. Option is a small civil team engaged for on site works then the big contractor will arrive - modest initially to construct haul roads - ROM - remove overburden etc then first quarter the big gear will arrive on site. Surely they will mine the higher grade areas first etc but a conversation for later.

Almost there - no stress now.
