Looks like another good acquisition especially with agriculture and wheat especially becoming such an important and lucrative commodity to feed the growing affluence of Asia.
Purchase at 9 times pe ratio is good buying ESP when you consider aust insurance companies trading in excess of 20 pe ratios.
Qbe currently trading at a pe of 10 so will earnings acretive from day 1.
