what my whole experience of life in Australia to do with government, justice and public service and much business is that it's a dreadful culture
tis why I call for cultural change.
tis why I say that the system of government in Oz is broken AND has been since day one
tis why I say that dishonesty is rife in Oz
tis why I have explained where the culture is flawed and toxic in Oz
This is all at the seat of the problems for Oz - it was bad enough in a slow era - but, in a rapidly changing technological era - you get rapid social change
for that - larger government IS necessary - that to me, is crystal clear
when you have dud culture and dud government system - well - it's going to be a continuing disaster -----
it is why I walked away - one major reason. The problems were too big for me to fix. I wouldn't know where to begin - because I could see things early - but, I couldn't get many people to see things - it was like talking to a brick wall.
It is impossible (certainly was for me) to explain a very complex system and point out the flaws in it - and how it must fail, how it must work against people.
Maybe there are people around who are smart enough to put it crystal in one line - I am certainly not that. But, if it were possible to point out the flaws - in a simple and concise way - then, someone would have done it and people would have galvanised already -
IMO - it is not possible -------- there are far far far too many people in Australia who are blind to the problems and almost as many who stand and say - we don't want to change things - don't fix what ain't broke
their flaw is that - they can't see that it IS broke - they only wake up when they fall into a broken bit - they cannot empathise with people who have found it broken before.
Navy divers experience - hits home to others who have had a similar experience but, people who have not had a similar experience - can't grasp how shit it is - they hear it - but, it doesn't resonate with them
because Ozzies are 'she'll be right' and 'I'm alright jack' ------- they are incapable of listening - they think that it's always 'someone else'
until it is not - and it hits them.
All of this is the reason why I think we are fools to be blaming one state or one Premier or a current PM -
it is NOT just a current mob or one person - the whole country is buggered and has just been bloody lucky to have some dirt that others want - and, we stuffed that up too and sold the rights and business off to other countries - such is our lack of vision and 'I'll take the money' - and sell my future

Well that's a whole lot of drivel I ain't bothering to read. To sum it up, government got in the way of your business so you fled the country but you still think government should get in the way of business. Super big brain thinking
