Plus once the rains set in there won't be any site works that can be completed until it's over . That's if they can get the leases renewed that they need . Not to mention the rest and more at end of Jan . Add locals that don't want them renewed at all .
As much as holders hate me for saying it IMO I very much doubt it will be commissioned this year .
