    if you were are international fund manager would you by GM in the ipo today ? you'd have to be nuts. IPO price came in at higher levels at $33 with listing targets of $35 - $39 ! madness given this company was bankrupt 6 months ago. It has to be the biggest pump and dump in the history of the US market imo.
