it's pretty simple ......they don't have the air force russia have , they don't have the missiles russians have , they don't have the huge population and the money to lure global mercenaries that russia has , they don't have the cpacity to drop these huge gliding bombs russia does or the shells to fire to match the russian rate of fire .
Surprised you needed that explained to you .....but lets quantify .....not much terriotory being gained ....tactical , not strategic quantities of land gained .
And at great cost to russia ....in men ....in vehicles ....artillery etc .....russia does not have the ability to produce at the rate that they lose russian " military potential " is being removed day by day !
