its not been "put back" to december.. they have work to do to define the targets before they put drilling in.. aeromag, surface sampling etc.. I said last year arouind november if i remember correctly that it would likely be the last quarter of 2024 before the drilling would start.. nothing is postponed, its your expectation that is misaligned with reality. delays and extensions to the tender process are entirely the hand of the TL govt. and i dont recall the company ever announcing at any point that drilling would be started by now or earlier
